Last week we used our knowledge of energy in food to create an eating plan for one day.


WALT: Synthesise our knowledge of energy in food to create a eating plan for a day.
Criteria:
- Use a variety of foods
- Record the number of kilojoules in each.
- Add up all of their levels to be within 8,000 - 10,000 kilojoules
