hi my favourite vitamin is D because it comes from the sun! And I'm so bright!
If I were to make a lunch full of vitamins I would make a salad with leafy greens like lettuce, spinach , carrots and bits of cheese for calcium (and colour) and tomatoes.
My favourite vitamin is probably D because you get it from sunshine and i like playing outside.I think a good lunch time meal would be a tuna salad water and three pieces of fruit e.g. An orange,banana and an apple.
That would definitely be a good lunch time meal for you Mr Sloan instead of pies all the time!!!
my favorite vitamin is all of them because they are all cool. And a helhty lunch whould be bananas and apples and water and samwich and fruit and cold meat.
my favorite vitamin is vitamin e because it makes you strong and it is good for your capussels and a healthy lunch would be probably be a steak sandwich with lettus and tomato with salt and pepper and a banana or an orange and a drink of water
i love vitamin d because it i like laying in the sun and that is one of the ways to get vitamin d.i like bread with a health lunch with bread with meat which is carbo hydrates and meat from protein and fruit from vitamin c and water from the tap

I think that an ideal lunchtime meal would be a sandwich with two slices of bread a salad,cheese & meat filling two piece of fruit & one vegetable & one serving of crackers e.g. A chicken,egg,lettuce,avocado,cheese & carrot sandwich an apple an orange and a serving of crackers.
I like vitamin D because when you go outside you get vitamin D from the sunshine and thats easy because you go outside everyday at lunch time and morning tea time! I think the ideal lunch time meal would be a sandwich a salad an apple a banana some meat and beans and avocado!!!

I like vitamin "a" because it has beta-carotene in it which makes me see in the dark.
An ideal lunch full of vitamins would be a roast chicken & salad sandwich two pieces & some oven baked plain water crakers
